I'm a self-taught cook that enjoys cooking great tasting healthy food and entertaining on a budget.
My inspiration for preparing healthy meals came from wanting to eat flavorful, filling food, with fresh ingredients and get away from fast food. From there, I began experimenting with Paleo and Vegan recipes for healthier alternatives, which redefined how I look at food.
