We will start the experience by meeting up at the Santa Rosa Creek Parking. It is in the beginning of Moonstone Beach Drive. From there, we walk to the beach (5 minutes). Looking at the beautiful Pacific Ocean. We will find a quiet spot to meditate and practice yoga with the majestic view of the ocean and beautiful sound of view as background (about 60 minutes). The location will be in Moonstone Beach, Cambria, CA. Cambria is a beautiful town with lots of local shops and wine tasting opportunities. There are many beautiful hiking locations as well as beautiful beaches. There is no limit to this experience and every time may feel different because of the time and weather- "Bring your yoga experience outdoor".
