We will visit up to 8 locations, engage with a maximum of 5 local entrepreneurs, architects, multiple service providers, and real estate agents, as well as enjoy water, coffee, and food spots throughout. We will get a feel of the neighborhood and provide a comprehensive 20+ page report on the current status of the market and the most pressing tendencies. We will meet with different property owners from hotels, small boutiques, and large opportunity zone investments. We will stop and grab a meal in a local restaurant as well as a new up-&-coming establishment. This is a walking experience so ditch the fancy shoes, the suit & tie, and come prepared with comfortable sneakers. We will meet at Gallery Plaza Haus and make our way over to the beaches, clubs, and real estate opportunities in our specific region & neighborhood. We will walk approximately 1.5 Miles - So be ready for exciting conversations as you submerge yourself into the what's becoming the startup city of Puerto Rico.
