My name is Ana Viçoso, and I'm a certified Chef by Hotel and Tourism School of Lisbon and I'm currently studying for a master’s degree in Food Science.
Before opening my business in my hometown: Lisbon Cooking Academy, I worked in several restaurants as a creative chef.
Nowadays I am fully dedicated to training our chefs at Lisbon Cooking Academy and at the Hotel and Tourism School of Lisbon.Next to this I am consulting for restaurants and I develop their entire menu engineering.
You can say that I’m totally passionate about cooking and Portuguese gastronomy and culture!I’m happy that now, I’ve assembled a team with Rita Barbosa and Brenda Grácio, 2 very talented and certified chefs, that are as passionate about cooking and gastronomy as I am. We cannot wait to welcome you in foodie heaven and teach you to make some great dishes!
