At Island Style Surf School you will have a unique and relaxed surf experience that you can't find anywhere else. With safety first and detailed instruction, we make sure that you have the time of your life on the famous waves of the North Shore Oahu, Hawaii! With instruction from professional surfer, Sergio Lima, and Josh Esche, born and raised riding the north shores heavy surf, you can feel secure that you and your family are in good hands. From the moment I caught my first wave at the age of four on a piece of driftwood, surfing has been my passion. Growing up on the surf paradise island Fernando de Noronha, competing professionally for 10 years, to now living on Oahu over 8 years where I met local boy Josh- surf is life and a gift we love to share.
At Island Style Surf School you can expect top quality instruction with an easy, relaxed learning method. Surfing is something to be enjoyed and my co-host, Josh, and I hope to share that with you. We take care of the details and safety so you can enjoy every wave!

Le lieu
We surf at world famous north shore beaches such as Chun's Reef, Laniakea Beach, or Pua'ena Point depending on the conditions of the day. Chun's Reef is known for it's crystal clear waters, excellent views, and great waves for beginners and intermediate surfers alike! At Laniakea, aka "Turtle Beach", you will most likely be joined by some Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles while you paddle out. Pua'ena Point is a lovely, protected bay with easy/fun waves
