After our rendezvous on Bray's beautiful promenade we will make our way to the foot of the Bray Head mountain to begin this 7km walk. Here you will receive a lovingly prepared 'snack-pack' which contains snacks (obviously) such as energy bar, fruit, water and a rain mack (It is Ireland after all!). If you have dietary requirements (gluten free, vegan etc.) please let me know in advance and I'll make sure I have the perfect snack for you! The 7km trails will bring us along the same route the workers used during the construction of railway line, except that back in the 1800's there was a toll along the route which kept the stunning sea and cliff views for the privileged elite. In fact the ruins of an old lodge that belonged to Lord Meath is one of the many sites to see along the way. For the wildlife enthusiasts, of which I include myself, we will have the opportunity to see dolphins, seals and basking sharks swimming in the blue waters around the cliff.
