I am a 500 hr. RYT, and native to the Falmouth area. I was trained in Berkeley, CA by the esteemed Nubia Teixeira, Ashley Sharp, and Baxter Bell. I have also studied at the prestigious Kripalu institute; currently completing the 1,000 hr training program. Au programme

First we will start with a barefoot walk along the sandy Falmouth Heights beach. This will allow us to become acquainted, as well as warm up the muscles in our legs and feet. From there we will begin with a brief 5-10 min. meditation to set our intentions for the day. This workshop is 75 mins. Dress in layers, early mornings can be chilly. Towels will be provided to cover your mat, or substitute completely. We will begin at 6:45 am.

Our workshop will take place on the beautiful sandy Falmouth Heights beach. One of the sandiest and well maintained beaches in Falmouth. It is the perfect place to enjoy a barefoot walk, or conduct a workout. This is also one of the busiest beaches, making it a beautiful place to see early morning before the crowds roll in. If you work up an appetite there is a variety of breakfast options walking distance; as well as downtown, a 2 min drive away
