Hi, I am Sandra. I am certified coach since 2007 with passion for the outdoors. Since I was 7 years old I have been hiking, walking, climbing, skiing and any other outdoor activity. Au programme

We meet at Frognerseteren. We start our walk in relaxed environment. The “walk and talk” eases the stress and worry, help people to relax and think more clearly. Being in the nature and next to the seaside can restore the mood, give back the energy and vitality, refresh and rejuvenate. The sounds of the forest, the scent of the trees, the sunlight playing through the leaves, the fresh, clean air…

You may choose from two types of trails, an easy good path or a path that requires occasional use of hands for support and balance. Terrain can vary and care may needed in order to place feet safely
