Comfortable clothing for casual walking outside and potentially through sand (recommended)

Camera if you'd like to take photos of scenic landmarks in Cannon beach (optional)
Rain pants (recommended to block rain or wind)
Your personal binoculars (optional)
Rainboots or comfortable walking shoes in the rain (recommended)

Le lieu

We will take a brief walk from the parking lot to one of the most famous landmarks in the world and the most scenic landmark in Cannon Beach, Haystack Rock. The workshop will be facilitated on the beach, where you will get to experience the uniqueness of the Oregon coast, learning about the myriad of ecology on this beautiful public beach. If Puffins are not present outside, educational handouts will be provided and we will see their habitats.
