We will start crossing the Havana Bay in the Regla's ferry for an introduction of the experience. Once we arrived we will enter in the town's church, also known as the Temple of Yemayá. After we'll go over the museum of Regla to learn about our roll in Cuban Revolution mixed with Afro-Cuban roots. And finally meeting a real "babalawo" to understending and been part of his practices.
I was born and raised in Regla, one of the most religious areas in Cuba. I come from a very religious family, and for that reason I am very close to experts and practitioners of Afro-Cuban religion. I also work in a museum dedicated to Afro-Cuban religion. I speak English fluently and have a degree in economics from the University of Havana.
