Au programme

Join me for a traditional Provençal cooking class at my XVII century family farmhouse. We will meet at my house at 10am. I will introduce you to this family place and talk about the history of this Mas (old farm in Provençal language) and the history of the region. Together, we will then prepare a four course meal (started - main course - cheese - desert ) using seasonal and local ingredients…

Le lieu

Built in the XVII c. by the Vaudois community in the Natural Park of the Luberon, the farmhouse was inhabited until the middle of the XVIII century. One century later at the begining of the 1950's my grandfather bought this farm which was left on its own for 100 years. He spent 20 years renewing the house, bringing water, electricity, a new roof... Then my mother took over and 70 year later this house is still part of our family.
