This e-bike tour means you decide how much energy you expend at whatever stage: the only bike tour that goes inside and outside the city of Dublin. You will visit well known places such as The Samuel Beckett Bridge and The Phoenix Park, but also some hidden gems that even most locals don't know about: the coffee shop perched alone on the 200 year old North Bull Wall, or the peace tree beautifully sculpted using an unusual tool. Visit the Headquarters of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA), the 235 year old amateur organisation and the third largest stadium in Europe. Choose to join a famous public tour of Glasnevin Cemetery, or ramble freely around the Botanic Gardens, established in 1795. After a hearty lunch in the unique "Grave-diggers" Pub, you will join the recently developed parkland cycle way along the Tolka River where you will completely forget you're still in the city. From here, head along the Royal Canal Towpath, then through the Phoenix Park, where, if you're lucky, you'll see red dear roaming wild, for whom the Park was established in 1662. Visit the charming village of Chapelizod, which takes its name form the legend of Tristan and Izolde. Then head back east along the Liffey cycleway and pass by famous landmarks such as the Guinness Brewery, Christchurch Cathedral, Dublin's oldest chipper, Dublin Castle, Trinity College, and more, returning to the city centre
Born and bred in Dublin, Ireland, I have spent exploring out of the way places. With my interests in the Irish language, folklore and history, I can bring you on a guided tour like no other. We can hike, bike or walk, as is your preference. I regularly take small groups on hillwalk which I plan and organise, over 3 decades. I also cycle solo or with friends and family, discovering and recording myriads of aimless meandering country roads, many of which were built around famine times. I have a ride leader certicate, REC3 in first aid, Mountain Skills training and Leave No Trace awareness trained. I am also a qualified tour guide for Dublin and the surrounding region. So you are in safe and responsible hands. I am bilingual in Irish and English and I speak a little French.

Plus de conseils
The only predictable thing about Irish weather is its unpredictability, but weather extremes are rare, so any rain is likely to be light, showery and passing. Therefore bring some ranger, comfortable clothing and footwear. Must have a reasonable level of fitness and some urban cycling experience.
