Troutbeck Camping Pods - "No 1"

Our three warm and cosy pods are situated behind the main farm steading in a quiet setting away from the road and next to a small beck. The pods all have underfloor heating so you are guaranteed to be warm no matter the season. With excellent access from junction 36 of the M6, we are situated at the top of the beautiful Troutbeck Valley, with views down towards Windermere Lake. Weavers Cottage is a detached 17th century stone built barn at the head of the Ullswater valley in the central Lakes. The views are stunning with panoramic views of lakeland fells and over Brotherswater. The place is pet friendly and perfect for guests who love the outdoors. A traditional cosy Lakeland cottage, ideal for 3 to 4 people. Will suit both walkers and those wanting to relax around cafes. Facing onto the village green in the centre of Grasmere, it has fell views and plenty of walks right from the doorstep, including Helm Crag and the Fairfield round. The cottage offers king-size bedroom, double bedroom, lounge with comfy seating for four, full kitchen, bathroom, which is downstairs, and heated lobby drying room. Pass provided for 1 car on nearby car-park.

Mary Meadows - Character Lakeland Barn Conversion

Mary Meadows is a traditional lakeland barn conversion located in Dockray, near Ullswater in the Lake District national park. The property offers character and charm whilst providing all the comforts of modern living. It is ideally suited for families with children, couples wishing to stay together or for one couple. There is a pub in the village serving good local food and drinks, and lots of activities in surrounding area, including low level and high mountain walks right from the doorstep.

Wastwater shepherd's hut comes complete with a double bed, kitchen area with induction hob and a bathroom with shower. Perfect place to start numerous walks from the doorstep including many of the popular Wainwright hills such as Scafell Pike and Illgill Head. Easy access to the lake for kayaking etc.
