Braidholm is our home on Skye. It's a 19th century building, warm and cosy. Step in from the weather and hunker down in the comfy sofa in front of a log fire. The kitchen is cottage style, with everything you'd expect in a modern home. Two bedrooms upstairs (kingsize in one, twins in the other, all with Egyptian Cotton, 400 thread-count linen) with sea views . Two bathrooms upstairs (one ensuite), a toilet downstairs. Private garden plus parking for 2 cars. 300m from the centre of Portree.

Red Mountain Garden Cottage (Self Catering)

Sorry - Children over 10 only. Red Mountain Cottage is beautifully and quietly situated on the edge of Carbost village, with stunning views overlooking Loch Harport and towards the Cuillin Mountains. This is a small, modern, but very well appointed cottage/cabin has been lovingly created to a high specification, including handmade beds and sills & a feature wall. The cottage sleeps 3, but is ideal for couples seeking a romantic break, as well as for sight-seeing, walking and climbing.

Warm and well-equipped, it has been completely renovated and sits within the grounds of a working conservation farm. Strictly No Smoking. Recently renovated Cabin Cùil boasts stunning views over the Cuillin mountain range and Loch Harport. Situated in the idyllic township of Carbost, the Fairy Pools and Talisker Distillery are within a 10 minute drive with Portree just 25 minutes away. From the house, you can take a lovely coastal walk along the shores of Loch Harport. There's lots of places to eat nearby, including Café Cùil, The Old Inn & the Oyster Shed. Or enjoy a cosy night in beside the new wood burning stove!

No matter what weather or we don't want to go out, we still can enjoy view even if we sit in the house. So we decided to build Ardtreck.
