Guest space is on the 1st floor and has multiple windows that fill the room with natural light, but also blackout curtains for when you're ready for some rest. The space is exclusively for our guests, but is within our family's shared home. Just a 10 minute walk from UM Medical Ctr, the stadiums, or a 20 minute walk from the Convention Center. 15 min drive to BWI airport.

We call this unit the Oriole because of its proximity to the baseball park. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Walking distance to plenty of bars, restaurants & night life. Walking distance to Inner Harbor, baseball park, football stadium, & the National Aquarium. This unit is ideally suited for a weekend getaway to see a concert, sporting event, or just dinner out. It also has a full washer/dryer making it a place that can accommodate longer stays.

You’ll stay in a private garage apartment, just steps away from historic Federal Hill Park, and a few blocks from Cross Street Market. If you’re a sports fan, you can walk to both Ravens and Orioles games in ~20 minutes—the property is less than one mile from both stadiums. It’s also right across from the Inner Harbor. Owners live on site in the main home. The apartment is above the garage on Churchill St, accessed from a private gate and courtyard on E. Montgomery St.

This adorable house is a quiet, meditative space, not meant for parties or large groups. Located in the sought after Federal Hill, it is two blocks from the harbor and minutes from restaurants, convention center, stadiums and other activities.

COMPLETELY PRIVATE SPACE. Come and go as you please. We will probably never meet. Separate Entrance, full basement of a large, end-unit city rowhome. Microwave, mini fridge, on bus route. Close to Hopkins Shuttle. Wi-fi, a Fire TV with Netflix, HULU, and Max. Uber/Lyft are minutes away. NO SMOKING (nicotine, marijuana, vape, or hooka) ALLOWED. It goes up the vents into my home. Please don't even try it.
