Dogs welcome, small fenced relief area. House is apprx. 100 yo, clean & cared for with a few nicks, cracks & creaks for authenticity!

Coziest place in town This is a tiny home tucked away in the heart of Aurora. within walking distance to our wonderful square in the center of town. This home is a perfect place for you to stay during your visit to Aurora. The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. Blue River Lodge Unit 1

A great place with lots of room. What historically was the local motel, the Blue River Motel, is now a short-term, multi-family rental property. With a fully equipped kitchen, games, and lots of room, you will be able to relax and enjoy. Our community has a local restaurant, parks, a racetrack, and is a short 5 minute drive to York. We are also a 45 minute drive to Lincoln, Grand Island, and Hastings. Unit 2 can also be opened to Unit 1 to make a three bedroom and three bathroom stay!

The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.
