Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

Just 15 mins to Folly Beach & 6 min to Downtown Charleston, we are in an ideal location. *Please note, this sleeps a max of 2 adults. The bunks are too small to accommodate more than that. Perfect Folly Beach Hideaway. Located just two blocks from Downtown Folly and a few blocks from the Beach. Easy parking, no need to drive anywhere. This space is small, but does have a sitting area, kitchenette, bathroom, and private fenced yard perfect for watching Folly Beach stroll by. Maximum occupancy is 2 at all times, additional guests are not allowed. The unit is a totally private area with no access to shared space, inside or outside. It is rented out less than 72 days per year.
