Whilst the property is set on a quiet bluff, it is still a short drive to all amenities of both Fort Bragg and Mendocino. You will be 2 miles to the world famous Skunk Train (redwood forest train tours). 1 mile from downtown Fort Fragg, and 10 mins drive from Mendocino. You can walk 15 mins into Noyo harbour where you can enjoy great fishing charters, whale watching tours, riverside kayaking, and nice dining experiences. Two walking blocks away is the Botanical Gardens where you will experience vast gardens and spectacular views, and maybe see a pod of whales. The house has a private driveway and a code to get in.
