PrettyJewel attic is located on the third floor of a small building inside a private hamlet. It is located in front of the Bologna Borgo Panigale station. It is therefore connected to Bologna Centrale in just 6'! The beams characterize the attic which is illuminated and ventilated on three sides. 60 sm of pure comfort where you will find everything you need! To welcome you there will always be a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, jam, biscuits, yogurt and soy milk, fruit and a Nespresso machine.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

A due passi il Parco di Monte Sole e nelle vicinanze la Rocchetta Mattei e i monti del Corno alle Scale La cucina è completa con stoviglie e tegami, microonde e macchina del caffè, con a vostra disposizione caffè, orzo, camomilla e te, qualche brioches, acqua gasata e naturale e latte.

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. Offriamo una parte di casa nostra per il periodo estivo: un monolocale open space di circa 60 mq, con entrata indipendente e spazio esterno coperto, 2 posti letto (è possibile aggiungere un terzo lettino). La casa si trova sui colli bolognesi, in un luogo isolato, molto silenzioso e immerso nel verde, a circa 20 minuti di auto dalla città. Ideale per chi vuole rimanere vicino alla città, ma vuole passare l'estate in un luogo incantevole, in mezzo alla natura.

The apartment was created from an old Bolognese shop. We created a mezzanine for the sleeping area and kept a graffiti on one wall that makes this space unique. The large living area (with sofa bed) and bathroom are at the entrance level on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Outdoor parking a few meters away for exclusive use. Wifi, air conditioning, washing machine available. Transport services to the center very close.
