Lots of other amenities. One dog (60 lbs. max) OK with $75 fee. Sorry, no cats. For larger groups, we have additional condo units next door. Beautiful mid-island pet-friendly home with 4 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. The best Air B&B to start your island adventure with beach bikes, beach chairs, wagon and umbrella all included! Home is beautifully decorated with beach decor and turtles! The master has king bed and full bath on suit. 2nd bedroom upstairs has a full size bed. 3rd bedroom has a Queen, 4th bedroom has Queen and desk. Blowup queen mattress available. The lower level also has a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave.

St Simons Townhouse Close to Beach and Village

This townhome is less than a mile to Coast Guard beach access and close to The Village area with shops and restaurants. Both bedrooms have a queen and a full bed. The kitchen is well stocked with a dining area with seating for six. Private back patio with seating. Please note there is not a washer/dryer within the condominium but there is a coin laundry facility on property. Community pool on the property is opened seasonally. Please inquiry for pet policy.
