There is also a summer kitchen and a grilling area along with a large table and chairs.On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a kitchen and one en suite bedroom. Three en suite bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The villa also has a basement arranged for entertainment for both children and adults.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Apartment has one bedroom for two and there is a couch that can be made into bed for two in the living room. Located on ground floor, with easy access to parking and ideal for family with children. Air-condition, microwave, WiFi etc. are included in the price. From summer 2019. apartment will have a new modern bathroom with shower.
