Our lower level space is designed to provide you with everything you need! It’s cozy & clean! You’ll have free street parking, your own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette supplied with several small appliances. Storage space is also available. Self check-in with lockbox. Tall folk beware— this is a basement space! Ceilings are 79in. Bathroom is even shorter. For cat allergy sufferers— we do have cats on main floor but they’re never allowed in the guest space. Located just minutes from Avera St. Luke’s Hospital and a few blocks from Caribou Coffee and Kessler’s grocery store, you’ll have everything you need within easy reach. Keep an eye out for friendly bunnies in the backyard! Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Off-street parking and garage access are available. We can’t wait to make your stay exceptional!

Downstairs you will find an area for laundry, 2 bedrooms, a shower room & a common area. We are close to Central HS, NSU, Walmart, Target & the main business strip. Just a few minutes away from many restaurants. Pets allowed only in the garage.

Located at Pickerel Lake, one of the best clear-water lakes in northeast South Dakota, the apartment above our garage offers guests all-seasons year-round access for fishing, hunting, boating, and water recreation activities on Pickerel Lake and on other area lakes. From a keypadded shared entryway up 16 standard-incline steps to the apartment are two bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, full bath with shower, plus free parking outdoors including area for boat/trailer parking.
