L'alloggio fa parte di una villetta ma è indipendente ed è composto da una camera da letto singola con aggiunta di un secondo letto (NON È PREVISTA LA VERSIONE MATRIMONIALE, lo spazio è più adatto a viaggiatori singoli o a gruppi di amici che non necessitano di un particolare livello di privacy. ) da un bagno con i servizi e la doccia. E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

La locazione turistica di Sara Jane si erge nel medievale centro storico di Gubbio, uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia. Il piccolo appartamento è stato ristrutturato nel 2021, con pietra a vista e antiche travi in legno, e un panorama che rende il soggiorno unico! Zona pedonale molto silenziosa.
