Apartment in Gols

The spacious living/dining area with a very well-equipped kitchen and pull-out sofa bed invites you to linger. Adjacent is the bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm) and a bathroom with WC. The rooms have blinds to darken the room and fly screens. In the garden there is a cozy dining and lounge area, as well as a children's playground with slide and swing and a covered area for bicycles. The vacation apartment is located directly at the Zechmeister winery in Gols. Wine tastings with the winemakers can be arranged on request. Some pre-cooled wines and home-made products are also available in the vacation apartment. You are welcome to use herbs and spices from the garden for your own creations in the kitchen. Parents and children will love the vehicles and children's toys. There is also a small farm library with a selection of children's books, novels and cookery books. In the immediate vicinity is the Aquasplash Gols, a volleyball court, soccer pitch and the biotope, which invites you to take a relaxing walk. Our accommodation is close to the Gols wine hiking trail, as well as a perfect starting point for numerous cycling tours in the Neusiedlersee-Seewinkel region. There is a parking lot for our guests in front of the house. Access for guests Guests can use the inner courtyard, the garden and lounge furniture, as well as the shelter for bicycles and baby carriages.

My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Bruck Residence is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Bruck an der Leitha, 30 minutes away from Vienna. The Pandorf Outlet Center - to reach in just 10 minutes- a shopping paradise and great restaurants. Carnuntum Wine Region-5 minutes away by car. Have a walk through the wine yard, a lot of bike paths are waiting for you, Heuriger (local wine taverns with tasty traditional food) or buy wine from local wine producers. Other attractions-Lake Neusiedl, Family Park (both 30 min. away by car).

A fedett teraszon INFRASZAUNA és DÉZSAFÜRDŐ áll vendégeink rendelkezésére. „ezer sziget országa, ahová a nyugalom is pihenni jár” A passzív és az aktív kikapcsolódásra vágyóknak is ideális választás vagyunk. A légkondicionált ház jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen szomszédok nincsenek, a meglévők kellő távolságra vannak. Nyaralónk nem közvetlen vízparti, de az út túloldalán már a szabályozott Duna-ág húzódik. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.

Kleines Sommerhaus am Neusiedler See

Das kleine Gästehaus liegt direkt in Weiden am Neusiedler See. Der Strand ist ca. 1km entfernt und mit Auto bzw. Rad leicht erreichbar. Radverleih gibt es in der Nähe. Der Radweg um den See ist bei den Gästen sehr beliebt. Wassersportaktivitäten: Surfen, Segeln, SUP (Verleih gegen Gebühr am Strand). Anbindung ans öffentliche Netz mittels S-Bahn im Ort. Zum Flughafen ca. 25 Autominuten. Das Gartenhaus ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Wasser des Neusiedler Sees mit einem wunderbaren Blick über den See, hat 4 vollwertige Schlafzimmer und bietet Platz für bis zu 7 Gäste. Ideal zu zweit, bis zu drei Pärchen, zwei Familien - oder einfach als Home-Office. Eine Sauna im Aussenbereich lädt ein zum Schwitzen und danach zum Sprung in den See. Draußen im Freien die große Seeterrasse. Der richtige Platz zum Durchatmen. Innehalten. Aktiv sein.

Insel der Ruhe /AVA 3

2025 habe ich eine weitere Ferienwohnung komplett renoviert. AVA 3 ist 60m2 groß und befindet sich im 1. Stock des Haupthauses. Räumlichkeiten: Eingangsbereich, Bad mit großzügiger Dusche ( 1,20m x1m), Waschbecken, eigene Waschmaschine, getrenntes WC, große Wohnküche, 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Alle Räume sind mit einer Zentralheizung ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft.
