The neighborhood is quiet and there's plenty of parking off street, less than 0.5 mile to shopping clusters on Staples Mill Road between Hungary Road and E. Parham Road.

Farm house on working horse farm. Originally built circa 1850, the house was most recently renovated in 2023. The farm is home to around 20 horses and two tractors. The family that runs the farm has been here since 1980.
