Unique getaway in stunning riverside setting

The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

Suffolk Seaside Holiday Home, bright and cheerful.

Felixstowe in Suffolk - 'The Blue Sky County' - a beautiful area to visit. Suffolk Sands is a small, relaxing park located right on the beach. Its stunning beach location offers a peaceful and tranquil setting and is an ideal location for exploring the area. Very close by there is the Nature reserve, including the Landguard peninsula. A traditional sea front and stunning pier with all the usual attractions. A very well served town centre with shops and restaurants. All within walking distance.

The Strawberry Box - luxury eco barn conversion

The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. South facing with extensive views across the rolling countryside, it is self contained and private, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, a romantic break or a base for exploring the rich heritage and beautiful villages around us. There are good pubs within comfortable walking distance and footpaths and narrow lanes to explore close by - or just take a wander around the farm.

Charlie's is a quiet popular cottage in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with lovely walks from the doorstep to the river. A comfortable stylish, home from home with spiral staircase, dedicated work space beneath, TV, WIFI, maps etc. Fully equipped modern kitchen, bright shower room & relaxing bedroom. Enclosed south facing courtyard garden. Easy to find, free parking on front drive with self check in. Two mins walk to great local pub & the village shop with fresh, daily, local produce.

Shepard’s Hut in Small Orchard

This is a stand alone unit totally self contained with shower and toilet. Unlike garden rooms this unit has wheels and a tow bar. The (should I say) Shepherdess Hut as it was used by a small holder during lambing to be close to her flock. Not suitable for long stays. More details below in The Space. Our small orchard has 2 x cherry, plum, 3 x pear, 2 x apple, greengage, apricot, mulberry, medlar and olive. We also have two 2 x raspberry, loganberry, Japanese wine berry and our own hops

The Hideaway, Lark Cottage

The Hideaway is the perfect retreat from which to explore historic Pin Mill and the Shotley Peninsula, unwind with beautiful walks, bird watching and good food at the local pub or find a quiet workspace within a private garden surrounded by wildlife. The Hideaway is set across a private road from the main house and is 150m from the River Orwell. Walks in the AONB and National Trust-owned woods and heathland are on your doorstep. The Butt & Oyster pub is a few minutes walk away.

Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.

This comfortable and charming brick and flint cottage boasts light and airy accommodation is well placed for exploring the area’s many delights, walking, cycling and bird watching are especially catered for locally. Bawdsey is also the home of radar and close to Sutton Hoo, Anglo Saxon burial site.

Light, bright outhouse conversion with private mostly dog proof garden, private entrance and dedicated off street parking. Ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area.
