Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock des Biedermeierhauses und hat alles, was man für einen kürzeren oder längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Modern, zeitlos & praktisch ausgestattet. Neu: Klimaanlage (zentral). 6 Ferienwohnungen und der Installateurbetrieb unsere Vorfahren (seit 1888) befinden sich unter dem selben Dach. Ein paar Gehminuten entfernt: Mariahilfer Straße, zahlreiche Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Kultur und vielfältige Gastronomie, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.
