Hyfield Stable - Hidden rural retreat

Hyfield Stable is a recently converted stable block which has been finished to a very high standard. The property is rurally located, surrounded by beautiful Sussex countryside. We are situated down a long private driveway and in a very peaceful location. It is ideal for families, couples, guests with dogs (we allow up to 2 dogs for a fee of £15.00 which can be booked at time of main booking) or for a group of friends who need a getaway! Hyfield Stable is a non smoking and non vaping property.

Holbrook Barn Guest House

Lovely little guest suite separate from our home on a private secluded road with neighbouring fields. With a delightfully comfy superking bed, new bathroom with underfloor heating and home built kitchenette. We are 5 minutes from Heathfield high street and from the picturesque cuckoo trail that stretches 12 miles from Heathfield to Eastbourne and part of the national cycle network. You will have your own entry , key and private parking. Train Stations : Buxted, Stonegate & Tunbridge Wells

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Maylea, lovingly renovated self contained holiday let in a beautiful rural area. Positioned on the second highest spot in Sussex within easy driving distance to many fabulous locations. The perfect escape for peace and quiet or maybe a glass of something in the kitchen whilst cooking on the Range. The house is a cosy retreat with endless supply of logs. Pets are welcome. ‘The Water Snug’ Floating Lake Cabin

Sit back, relax and enjoy the ambience that will surround you in our stunning new one bedroom house boat. Situated near the pretty village of East Hoathly, East Sussex, set on our picturesque one acre lake. Feel at one with nature from inside the beautifully decorated interior, with log burner, fully fitted kitchen, modern toilet/shower room, double aspect bedroom, with windows that allow the outside in. East Hoathly has a pub, coffee shop and village shop a 10 min walk away or 1 min drive.

The Cart Lodge a cosy rural hideaway

Situated in a secluded part of our 16th century farm, this detached, south facing cart barn has been converted to a very high standard. In an ideal location overlooking a large duck pond and with distant views to the South Downs. It is a great base for walking the Wealdway or cycling the Cuckoo Trail. Places to explore include Lewes and Eastbourne, 9 miles. Glyndebourne 6 miles. An excellent pub and restaurant is within a ten minute walk along country footpaths. The village shop 2 miles.

Cosy Woodland Annex

Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex in the grounds of our home. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.

The Chapel at Barn Cottage unique country retreat

Located adjacent to the Cuckoo Trail in the centre of Maynards Green, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, is the charming Chapel at Barn Cottage. A former 15th Century Chapel which has been lovingly converted to a gorgeous, characterful, self contained 2 bedroom retreat, next to our own home. Boasting original features including an ingle nook fireplace yet retaining the luxury you deserve on your break away. Local pub just a short walk away. Ideal for walkers & exploring

Close to several historic and National Trust properties, guests can also reach Tunbridge Wells, Glyndebourne and Lewes in under 25 mins, Brighton and Eastbourne in 40 mins. There are several golf courses and fishing lakes nearby. This cottage is perfect for couples or a family. Secure, gated parking.

It is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. With a sumptuous superking bed (or two twins), sofa bed, unlimited fast WiFi and HDTV, you are assured of a relaxing and welcoming stay in a family-friendly setting in the East Sussex countryside.

The Dragons Nest

Take it easy and get back to nature at this unique and tranquil getaway in a beautifully crafted, rustic cabin nestled in ancient woodland among the stunning countryside of East Sussex. A minutes drive from the timeless village of East Hoathly. The Dragons Nest and relaxing garden patio area is screened off with living forest walls so you can relax and enjoy your privacy. The main house is situated nearby (the side/back of the house is roughly 8 meters away

The Granary at Coes Vineyard, East Sussex

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
