Dit chalet heeft een ruim terras en onbetaalbaar uitzicht op de omringende bergen. De woonkamer heeft een gezellige zithoek met televisie en rond de grote houten tafel kun je makkelijk met z'n allen zitten eten. In de open keuken vind je onder andere een vaatwasser, oven, waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat. Drie aparte slaapkamers, een ruime badkamer met douche en er is een apart toilet. Buiten een zonneterras met tuinmeubilair. Je kunt bij de woning 1 auto parkeren en er is gratis snelle wifi.

La propriété de 2 étages se compose d'un salon, d'une cuisine bien équipée, d'une chambre et de 3 salles de bains ainsi que de 3 toilettes supplémentaires et peut donc accueillir 2 personnes. Les équipements supplémentaires comprennent un Wi-Fi haut débit (adapté aux appels vidéo) avec un espace de travail dédié pour le télétravail ainsi qu'une télévision.

The living room has a cozy sitting area with television and you can easily sit and eat together around the large wooden table. In the open kitchen you will find a dishwasher, oven, kettle and coffee maker. 3 separate bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Outside there is a sun terrace with garden furniture. You can park 1 car at the house and there is free WiFi.

Modern und naturverbunden mit herrlichem Seeblick und 300m vom See entfernt. Im Sommer 2018 ist die komfortabel ausgestattete Ferienwohnung fertiggestellt worden. Es ist eine separate Wohneinheit innerhalb unseres Hauses. Kinder sind willkommen, Haustiere und Raucher nicht – Möglichkeit zum Rauchen gibt es auf der 11qm großen Terrasse. Die helle Ferienwohnung ist ebenerdig und für 2 Personen geeignet.
