This is a one bedroom apartment built on the side of a large rambler house on a corner lot. The apartment faces north and our house faces west. It has a private entrance, and a private driveway. Everything you could possibly need for a great stay. It was built from the ground up 11 years ago. We have a new puppy who is a very naughty little Jack Russell Terrier and has not yet learned not to bark at the doorbell or strange noises. If that will bother you a lot, this might not be a good fit.

It's located in a nice, safe and family oriented neighborhood. It's completely above ground which brings lots of natural light inside. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a full kitchen with a living space. It has a private entrance around the back of the home. Our street is a very quiet cul-de-sac. No matter how long you're staying we hope you'll enjoy it!

Opposite the kitchen wall is a room used by the family to exercise or watch movies. The hot tub is not for guests use.
