This container home, set along the Stanislaus River, offers a cozy retreat with a one-bedroom layout and sofa bed. The kitchen and bar area are ideal for meals, and the full bathroom includes a washer and dryer. Enjoy the river views from the deck, with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ for dining. The river offers activities like kayaking, rafting, fishing, and swimming. Centrally located near wineries, breweries, and dining, this home provides the perfect mix of comfort, privacy, and adventure.

Experience the historic Gold Country and Yosemite national park staying in this newly renovated 1800s mining cabin. Originally built in the late 1800s for the miners of the Crystal Rock mine, the cottage now has heat, air conditioning, highspeed wifi, a kitchen, and bathroom. The Broken Branch is a small working ranch, so the beautiful sunrise views include several horses, donkeys, and goats. It's about an hour and a half to Yosemite and only minutes from downtown Columbia and Sonora.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage nestled in the middle of an almond orchard on a private road. Collect fresh eggs from the chickens for breakfast paired with fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden! Spend a peaceful evening sipping a beverage on the porch or take a relaxing walk along the river. Geographically speaking, we like to say we are in between The Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco and Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.

The Cottage on Central

Come enjoy peaceful country living in the beautiful Central Valley. Our recently completed tiny home is located behind our main house, but is outside the main yard so you will have privacy. The cottage is surrounded by dirt at the moment, but we have plans for some beautiful landscaping in the near future. The cottage is 1/2 mile off Highway 99 and just a few miles from Atwater’s plentiful shopping and restaurants.

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft from room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft.

The Studio at Oakfield is a self-contained small studio apartment, attached to the rest of the home via a secured door.

This brand new space is great for anyone needing a place to call home while visiting the area. Newly remodeled, the quarters feel open, fresh, and comfortable. Make yourself at home with a queen sized bed, large screen TV, and all the tools to cook meals for yourself as you please. It is tucked away from the larger surrounding cities, but still just a short drive away.
