Quiet top floor flat close to Metro Station

Quiet top floor flat, five minutes from the Metro. Very convenient for the Universities and just a short walk from Wylam Brewery.🍻 No cleaning fee, free parking. Not suitable for children or for people who make a lot of noise. Definitely no parties. Please respect the other people who live in this building - especially at night! Decent coffee machine and a couple of good cafetières. If you like a morning brew you should find that you’re spoilt for choice! ☕️ Nancy Spain used to live here!

Ideal for exploring Newcastle or the beauty of Northumberland incl. Hadrian's Wall and unspoiled beaches. Easily reached from Newcastle Airport, station, or by car: postcode is NE6 5BE. This is a 130 year old family home, not a shiny buy-to-let apartment. It's quirky/characterful, but if you want pristine, book the Hilton rather than coming here and complaining!

Our cosy flat is perfect for a couple's getaway or small family/group. It is located in the heart of Jesmond, steps away from Osborne Road, home to a wide variety of lively bars/pubs, restaurants and cafés. The flat is the perfect base for exploring Newcastle as the Metro is only an 8 minute walk with quick links to the City Centre and St James' Park stadium. Also convenient to Tynemouth Beach. The woodlands and leafy Jesmond Dene is only 10 minutes for a peaceful nature walk with waterfalls

Annexed double room own entrance. 5 mins walk to Freeman Hospital, DWP. Own en-suit. Newly refurbished, light and airy. Bright comfortable, clean décor. Double bed, tv, unlimited free wi-fi, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. Tea, coffee, snacks. Street parking permit. On quiet street and close to amenities; Sainsburys, cafes, pub, metro, bus routes into town. Excellent base for exploring the stunning Northumbrian coast, castles or nearby towns of Alnwick, Amble, Alnmouth or Morpeth.

Garden View Jesmond (en-suite), own front door.

This is our downstairs room (with en-suite shower). The private entrance is through the sliding door from our garden accessed round the side of the house. Breakfast comes on a tray to take on a table in your room (juice, fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, coffee or tea). We also list 2 upstairs rooms (1 ensuite, 1 with separate bathroom) but this room allows complete social distancing and avoids stairs! It’s very quiet but Jesmond’s bars and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk.

Very large double room with period features in Heaton; 8 minute walk to Chillingham Road metro / 10 min taxi to Newcastle station. Separate study available with a desk, if you need to work. Two separate living rooms if you're the kind of person who would like space to yourself in an evening! Shared kitchen space and extra large fridge / freezer. Please be aware I live with my spaniel, Kilo, so if you're allergic to / don't like dogs, this room wouldn't be for you!

Cosy double bedroom

Comfortable double bed in a desirable part of Newcastle. You will share the living space with myself, my 2 cats, and occasionally a dog. Well behaved pets of all kinds welcome. Heaton has been recognised as one of the best places in the UK to live according to The Times. The flat is located opposite a fantastic coffee shop and a well-stocked corner shop. The number 1 bus stop is right outside and leaves every 10 mins making it really easy to get to town.

Self contained Pied a Terre in Leafy Jesmond

This Pied a Terre is next door to St Mary's Chapel and Jesmond Dene. It's a 5 minute stroll to lovely places for breakfast, drinks or an evening meal. Transport links are excellent, the metro into the city centre, metro centre, the airport and the coast is a 10 minute walk. You’ll love my place because of the location, it really is perfect. Parking is available and there is easy access to motorways both north and south.

Semi detached house set in a quiet road 3 miles from the city centre but on a good bus route. Large garden at the back looking onto City of Newcastle Golf Club. Comfortable double bed with kettle in room. Restaurants/takeaways nearby. A second single room is also available with shared bathroom and a double room on the top floor with private shower room all subject to availability.

A charming studio close to Regent Centre Metro, handy for the airport & rail station. A 10 min metro ride takes you into the City Centre. It is a short walk to Gosforth High Street which has a range of restaurants, cafes, a park and shops, there is also an ASDA supermarket and M&S Food just a five minute walk away..
