It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to Hobart's Salamanca Place, Hobart waterfront, and Hobart CBD. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, with a beautiful spacious kitchen and dining room on the entry level. NOTE: no oven, but has a stove top. A bedroom ceiling fan has been installed. The original Cottage once served as the first North Hobart Post & Telegraph Office and has been recently renovated to accommodate guests. It is an upstairs studio with it's own entrance. It is warm, spacious, comfortable and self contained. The studio connects to a second separate bedroom which can be made available for additional guests. There is an outside deck for the exclusive use of guests.
