A stunning set of 18th century chateau doors divide the living and bedrooms and provide the 'wow factor' of this charming find. A welcome basket of Prosecco or red or white wine and olives as well as breakfast provisions to be found in the kitchen; Artisan bread, butter, preserves, cereals, milk, free-range eggs, fresh fruit juice, Marmite, Betty's/Yorkshire tea and ground coffee. *FREE WI-FI* and *FREE PARKING*. The living room with its linen covered antique chesterfield sofa, large format art books, 42" Smart HD TV with Freeview, DVD player, Bose Bluetooth sound system is perfect for a cosy night in. 'Atelier 22 York' is situated in York's 'Cultural Quarter', a few minutes walk from the Yorkshire Museum, the Theatre Royal, York Art Gallery and the Minster. The city's top eateries are a stone's throw away : Roots, The Star Inn The City, Betty's, Skosh, Partisan, Le Cochon Aveugle, as well as numerous pubs and bars; a gentle stroll back home at night. The beautifully restored medieval buildings of Stonegate and the Shambles provide the perfect setting for some last minute shopping. This is my own home so please bear in mind that my things will be in cupboards/locked away etc. But I want you to feel as at home as possible. There's lots of wildlife in my garden, so great for bird lovers :). My garden is well kept but the chicken do like to cause a mess! 15 min walk to town & the racecourse.

I'm neither a good witch nor a bad witch; I mostly keep myself to myself - which is probably why I have lasted so long. My hovel is hidden away down a spooky alley and you will be sent secret instructions how to find it. It's just a 20 minute walk to the city centre along the river path or less than a minute on a broomstick.
