Colourful 2.5 Bedroom With Large Balcony & Garden.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We created this space so that we can share it with you, to spend time in our homely designed rooms and enjoy the peace around nature in the large natural garden. There are 5 separate beds ( 1 double and 3 single) + a large sleeping Sofa in 2.5 seperate rooms. One room is 2 in one with a walk-through. We have a FULL KITCHEN with dining, microwave, fridge, dish washer &dishes etc. There is a grilling space outside if the weather is good.

Heads up: This room is small but ideal for a short solo stay (unless you're keen to snuggle up). The 140-150cm-wide bed is extra-long and has luxurious oversize bedding. Not all Nest rooms at Lissi have a wardrobe. But if you need more space to spread out, check out the lobby or bar. Located between Schwedenplatz and Stephansdom, Ruby Lissi is a great base for exploring Vienna's buzzing bar and restaurant scene, along with the city's top museums and parks. City tax is included in the price.

Dreibettzimmer), Dusche und getr. WC, kleines Sat-TV Gerät, Telefon & WLan. Selbstverständlich bedienen Sie sich vom reichhaltigen Frühstück vom Weinviertler Genießerbuffet. Der Althof VinoSPA ist gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis nutzbar.

You will be accommodated in the dormitory at the Grand Ferdinand and enjoy the amenities of the house. The access to the Grand Etage with rooftop pool is included, for a breathtaking view over Vienna. The city tax (3.2%) needs to be paid on-site. Wenn Sie es überschaubar, aber doch auch geräumig wollen, werden Sie unser Studio Superior lieben. Mit seinen 40m² bietet es viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Diese Studios befinden sich in den ehemaligen Herrschaftsräumlichkeiten. Die teilweise historischen Räume in der Beletage sind höher als die normalen Studios und präsentieren sich mit hohen Doppelflügeltüren, Holztäfelungen, Parkettböden oder Stuckdecken.
