The property is a large lower ground floor flat that consists of two beautiful bedrooms and two stunning ensuite bathrooms. It has a warm and welcoming open plan living space and kitchen. The main double bedroom is very large with a comfortable seating area, a TV and a writing desk. It has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The room also benefits from a walk-in wardrobe. The second ensuite bedroom is smaller but has a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds on request. The room has a TV and built-in storage. The open plan kitchen and living area is a great place to eat and be social. It contains a large TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen has an integrated fridge, dishwasher and cooker. There's a separate utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a large fridge freezer. The flat has 3 smart TVs and a Sonos speaker in the living area. The flat is in an old Victorian building and we are very mindful and respectful to our neighbours. The flat is in the bustling Seven Dials area with family-friendly parks, cafes, boutique shopping, and charming pubs nearby. The lively waterfront of Brighton, the beach, the boardwalk, and an array of restaurants and shops are just steps away. Most parts of the city are easily readable by foot from the flat. If you're driving, there is on-street paid parking nearby. Alternatively, there's loads of great transport options nearby to get around and see the city including city bikes and buses. Very nice , bright top floor flat in central Hove 2mins from beach ,shops , bars and restaurants , bus links into central Brighton 15mins , close to Hove train station . The flat has wifi , sky tv with 50in screen, wooden floors throughout , dining table and chairs. The kitchen comes with electric oven and gas hob , microwave , washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, kettle all crockery and cutlery ect . Large shower and nice size bedroom with king size bed.
