The well-equipped interior showcases eclectic furnishings and decor, including a coffee machine, Sky TV and a sound system. As a gentle reminder, your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours for two hours, between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, only 25 meters up from the lodge. You will be overlooking the iconic Brighton coastline in both directions, and with easy access to central Brighton and the surrounding countryside, it’s the perfect place to base yourself for a relaxing getaway. The apartment offers spectacular sea views from each of the three generously sized double bedrooms as well as the living area.

Orchard Hut is a secluded and very private shepherd's hut fitted to a high standard, and situated in a gloriously peaceful meadow setting away from any road noise. The meadow is rich in wildlife and there are views to the South Downs that can be enjoyed from the hammock or the wood fired hot tub.The hut sits just outside the South Downs National Park, 3 miles from Lewes and 5 miles to Glyndebourne. There is direct access to a myriad of public footpaths with a good choice of stunning walks.

Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

Nestled in the sought after bohemian area of Hanover with its multi-coloured rows of houses, vibrant social scene and village feel, the property is perfectly placed to explore the city. The house is just a short 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of town, the Lanes and the legendary seafront. We are a creative family of artists, designers and makers and the space has recently been renovated and lovingly furnished to a very high standard.

New in 2019 ! Little Coombe Bank is a lovely self contained cabin with its own private garden space . It is suitable for 2 adults primarily. We also have a cot for babies. It is a light and airy space with lots of natural light from the 3 skylights, 2 large windows and full glass entrance which opens out to your private patio garden complete with wood burner. It is adjacent to the main house but not overlooked. We are pet friendly and have fab walks direct from the house.
