Our welcome pack includes local Artisan bread, semi skimmed milk, butter, plus homemade jam & cakes. Car drivers also get a free 1 day visitor parking permit to help you settle in, and there is nearby EV charging.

Situated in the perfect location just moments from the beach this hidden oasis is surrounded by local cafes', restaurants, boutiques and bakeries; and is a short stroll into central Brighton. We are about a 20 mins walk from Brighton or Hove and are easily positioned for easy access to Brighton, Hove or Preston Park railway stations, we’re on the excellent No 27, bus service. Walk 10 minutes down the road to the Seven Dials, there are Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Hog Roast and French restaurants.

It's less than a 15 min walk to Hove station (direct trains to London).

A stunning apartment (that's what I'm told) in a lovely tree lined street, which considering how close it is to shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, the beach and mainline railway station it is amazingly quiet. Although you can drive here and use the paybyphone app for parking it is so easy to get a train as you really don't need a car to get around the area. Buses are on the doorstep, 2 taxi ranks and virtually everything is in walking distance!!

Beautiful Seaside Apartment

This flat is situated in a pretty Conservation area, so it is quiet but still only a couple of minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and public transport. It is wonderfully bright and sunny and I fully recommend sitting by the front window whilst the sun streams in and enjoying a glass of wine! There is a pretty window box outside, so feel free to help yourself to the fresh herbs.
