The Mistle is a gorgeous, quaint cottage (sleeps 4) at the far end of a historic barn. Located in the friendly village of Brockholes near Holmfirth, accessible by train, it's perfect families and friends looking for a base for a short break. It's also a great base for working. Recently renovated, you'll find it attractive, cosy and well-equipped. The cottage sits across a cobbled courtyard from our house so we're here to help. Includes parking, fast wifi and great outdoor space. Dog friendly.

Seamstress Cottage Ripponden
Come and discover all Yorkshire has to offer in this beautifully renovated cottage with magnificent views over the countryside made famous by ‘Gentleman Jack’ and 'Happy Valley'. This stunning stone built mid-terraced over dwelling cottage can be found a short walk from the desirable West Yorkshire village of Ripponden and is full of traditional character and charm. Situated just 15 mins drive from The Piece Hall, Halifax and just 20 mins drive from popular visitor destination, Hebden Bridge.

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

Mallard is a traditional underdwelling with wonderful original features including beams and barrelled ceilings. It is tucked away high above the river, reached directly by a path and has a lovely view from its own garden to the sheltered woodland beyond. The private hot-tub is available for an additional cost. Exclusive use of the owners off-site private spa - indoor heated swimming pool, spa bath, sauna & outside Swimspa is also available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

The ground floor accommodation is extremely stylishly appointed with a large, open-plan living/dining room which features Jacobean-style painted wall panelling as a stunning backdrop. Stone mullion windows, beamed ceilings, oak floors and doors lend a sense of rustic charm to the fabric of the building and yet there is every modern amenity. There is access to wooded and landscaped gardens with long-reaching views of the surrounding countryside and a private area to sit and enjoy the location.

Our historic cottage is nestled on the side of the dramatic Shibden valley, famous as the home of Ann Lister, 'Gentleman Jack'. Shibden View offers luxury, self-catering accommodation for up to four adults. Situated on the cobbled Hough, our recently renovated, 18th century building boasts two en-suite bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen/diner and a cosy , first floor lounge with panoramic views over Shibden Hall and estate. Free, off-street parking and WiFi, with enclosed outdoor seating areas.

Characterful, unique and secluded late 17th century grade-II listed weaver's cottage with private fenced garden situated in the suburb of Fartown 1.4 miles from Huddersfield town centre and train station. There are excellent links from the train station to Manchester airport, Leeds, York and London via Wakefield. Bus stops are close by (for Huddersfield and Bradford) and there is easy access to the M62 (approximately 2 miles away). Taxis are available from Huddersfield train station.
