Breakfast is a choice of bacon rolls, croissants or toast, served in the small guests sitting room each morning, along with a pot of tea or cafetière of freshly ground coffee. Persabus is a working hill farm, and a great base to explore the island's distilleries, wildlife, beaches and our unique island culture.
