Beautiful view of the sea and neighboring islands. Quiet environment with very comfortable climate. Near two restaurants with very tasty seafood specialties, as well as a shop with daily necessities, post office and tourist board Zman. City beach with a nice entrance to the sea. Žman is located in the bay called Žmančica, surrounded by hills Gračine , Veliki Slotnjak and Mali Slotnjak. It is mentioned in the 13th century under the name Mezano, and from that time dates the parish church of St. John, while in the vicinity of the village there are sites from the prehistoric era. Žman is exceptional due to its fertile fields located in the area of Malo jezero and Veliko jezero, which makes the people from Žman highly skilled farmers. Perlini apartment 5 min from old town and beach

Perlini is located in a residential area of the city, 5 min away from the old town and 3 min from the city beach Kolovare. Self check-in if you want. The building is one of the few that remained intact after the World War II and as such occupies an important place in the history of the city of Zadar. In 1901, the building was built by Italian police inspector Perlini. The building is an old lady, but the apartment is new and modern.
