Come and stay in our refurbished flat in the basement of our Victorian town house. Guests also have a beautiful light-filled lounge. We have just added a Nespresso machine and pods! Spacious for couples & business travellers. Very close to Guildford's historic High Street and 2 minutes from London Road Guildford train station. Shops, restaurants, G Live Arts Centre, Yvonne Arnaud theatre, Guildford Castle and Stoke Park are all within walking distance. Guest parking for one car on the drive.

Set in a peaceful rural location, 10 mins from the heart of Guildford, this wonderful little space affords totally self-contained comfort and privacy. We like to provide the extra touches to make you feel more at home during your stay… The Cabin is surrounded by trees & wildlife abounds happily. Awake to birdsong galore! Note to keen cyclists: great access to the North Downs link via the old railway line, practically on our doorstep. Lots of lovely places to eat & drink. Happy to recommend.

Private entrance (up a flight of stairs), and free parking behind electric gates. Milk, tea coffee etc, and anything else you require.

Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

There are four bedrooms , one ensuite and family bathroom. Parking for 3 cars. Large garden with patio and seating and large netted trampoline for use at your own risk. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our home.

Situated on a quiet no-through road minutes walk from a small village and lots of free on-street parking. Please note as this is a fully self contained unit there is no access to kitchen facilities.

A Barn conversion offering 2 bedrooms (one double) and (one room with a King size bed and bunk beds). There are also 2 single beds in the living area. Unfortunately, no parties allowed. Sky TV, WIFI. A built in BBQ, tennis court, trampoline and a shared outside swimming pool. The swimming pool is open and heated from May 1st to September 30th. The swimming pool remains open for guests without heating until October 15th. Outside patio area with a fantastic day bed.

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.
