Over 1500 sq. feet, this 1880's executive loft has been completely renovated and is located one block off Route 66 and the beautiful Carthage square. It boasts 2 great rooms, a bedroom, gourmet kitchen, luxurious primary bathroom, half bath and laundry area. We own the entire building, and have 3 other units that can be booked in conjunction with this one in the same building. It's within walking distance to the Civil War Museum, YMCA, bowling, antique shops, boutiques, salons, and restaurants.

Adjacent to this space, you’ll find a reading nook stocked with books, perfect for quiet mornings or winding down in the evening.

The Studio on Hazel

This cozy boho themed duplex is located in Carthage, Missouri. It is a fully furnished studio that includes 1 queen bed, and a new innerspring full futon mattress. It has a newly updated bathroom, spacious kitchen, a work area, and high speed internet. A 55” Vizio Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, etc located in living room. Old Missouri Farm

Newly remodeled, 120 yr old farm house and cattle ranch on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest off historic Route 66 Highway. We welcome those who can stay just one night or those who want to stay longer. Hike in our woods, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire, or just sit on the porch and relax! We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.

Bring the whole family to this beautiful home with lots of room for fun, rest and relaxation. Comfy beds, soft linens, back deck for dining and front porch swinging at its finest, perfect for coffee and sweet tea sipping! Large sectional in living area with plenty of cozy blankets to snuggle up together and watch a good movie. In town for a football game? Leave your car and walk 2 blocks to the Thomas M. O'Sullivan stadium, home of the 9x Missouri State Champs, The Lamar Tigers!

Miner's Loft-Downtown Pittsburg

This downtown 1910 loft is in the heart of Pittsburg and close to everything. Walkable to most bars and restaurants and you can hit up the local coffee shops in the morning. There is a meat market across the street and a brewery. Private onsite, well-lit parking in the back of the property, a private deck and front views of Broadway. This loft is 1,600 sq. ft and sleeps 4 comfortably and has room for a few more on the large sectional in the living room and the couch in the lodge room.

This property is an old family homestead and home to oak trees over 100 years old. This home includes a large private drive with a great indoor and outdoor space for entertaining. Enjoy the front porch with two rockers to view the wildlife. There is an outdoor dinning table, grill, large porch swing and an outdoor play set for kids. Inside you will find a kitchen with a large island for the whole family. A fireplace sets into the kitchen and living area for a cozy place to lounge.

Grill while you unwind on the flagstone patio, then cool off in your private in-ground salt water pool. In the mornings, grab a coffee and watch deer wander through the yard.

Newly Remodeled 1 Bed room. Nice Clean space ! Very cozy! Very quiet neighborhood. Property is set up for long term stays also with all appliances. Oven does not work but stove does with 4 burners. also has microwave. We offer washer/Dryer. That sets us apart from most airbnb rentals. We also allow very small pets with a fee. make sure to msg us before booking. Come stay with us only a short 20 min dr ive to Joplin metro area.. Television in bedroom also.
