Little Dipper - Tranquility

The single-level studio is perfect for a couple or business travel. Amenities include a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, induction cooktop, grill, electric fireplace, washer and dryer, luxury cotton linens, and a king mattress. Filtered lake views on a quiet street with plenty of driveway parking for vehicles and RV hookups (220V hookup may also be used for EVs). Walking distance to Knotty Pines Marina, Big Cove, and Lake Almanor Resorts, restaurants, and a convenience store.

Nature Lovers’ and Birders’ Red Bluff River Haven

A unique river retreat for relaxing and viewing wildlife. We are minutes from extensive trails and about an hour from Lassen Park. Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. If you are ok with quirky, imperfect, au natural and "wild" (possibility of snakes and spiders) we have your place! With windows along most of the east side, you will almost always have a view of the Sacramento River. This is not a cookie cutter house—please read listing.

As you turn onto Thatcher Mill you'll feel the comfort of this mountain retreat. Your tranquil drives ends at this 12 year old home that we call our cabin. It's well built and sits off the road a bit and invites you to relax and enjoy what the Lake McCumber /Mt Lassen community has to offer. The sounds of silence radiates through the trees and gives that sense of calm we all wish for in our daily lives. Once inside you find it a comfortable stay. Backyard is awesome! Stay another day!

Cozy Boho Cottage

Our little cottage is just right for a couple, or single guest who wants a relaxing space for exploring Chester and surrounding areas. We have a full kitchen. The bathroom & shower is small. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, and a TV. The living room has a 50 inch TV. The main source of heat is a wood stove (wood is provided) we also have 2 portable heaters. The house is small and only 500 sq ft. It is located in the back, behind another house. Parking area is in front of the cottage.
