It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

King studio in the old center of Split on Pjaca square offers a private and air-conditioned accommodation with a private bathroom. Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

It accommodates 4 guests (2 on king size bed in bedroom and 2 on stretchable queen size sofa in the living room/kitchen). Both rooms are equipped with air condition and flat screen smart tv. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, microwave oven, toaster, water heater, coffee maker... Bathroom is private, and wifi is available throughout property.
