Central San Rafael studio near downtown, SF, Napa

This lovely studio is a short drive (or walk) to downtown San Rafael, about 20 minutes from San Francisco, and about 30-40 minutes from Napa and Sonoma. We are located on a hill in a safe and quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and walking trails nearby. Please note: The road to our house from the main street (Lincoln Avenue) is 1/3 of a mile and is narrow and winding. There is also some light freeway noise. There is plenty of street parking (no restrictions) in front of the house.

Blue Sky Cottage is one-of-a-kind. It is a lovely, serene cottage on a magical property in an incredible location. The cottage is freshly renovated head-to-toe, with a new kitchen, large new bath and much more. It is nestled in a private 2-acre gated property filled with gardens, woodlands and redwood groves - an oasis! It is central to everything - the perfect base for exploring the Bay Area. It is 30 min to San Francisco, 45 min to Napa, and a short walk to sweet downtown Kentfield.

Just a stones-throw away from all the fun and excitement of the downtown square. The best restaurants, cafe's, coffee shops, clothing boutiques and movie theatre are all just outside your front door! Conveniently, we are just blocks from grocery, parks, live theatre, live music and Mt. Tamalpais trails. Enjoy hardwood floors, a spacious kitchen, built-in laundry, a sparkling bathtub and high-speed internet. Note: We have a Minimum Age Requirement for all guests of 21 years of age.

Small detached guest cottage (no kitchen) with a private entrance, queen bed /full bath/TV, and a small area with coffee/tea/fridge/microwave/toaster-oven and wifi. We're following strict sanitizing and washing protocols and provide cleaning supplies in the unit. We're in a quaint neighborhood in a flat area of Mill Valley. This space is comfortable for 1 and cozy for 2. A mile from downtown Mill Valley, many great hiking/mountain biking trails and San Francisco is 10 miles away.

Beautiful Studio on lower level of our family home within walking distance to downtown San Rafael. Custom kitchen and bathroom with shower. The outdoor patio area is just for guests and is a great spot to sit in the evenings. Although we recommend a car - we are close to bus and ferry routes to San Francisco. Perfectly situated for hiking, mountain biking or trips to Napa Valley. Strictly no pets because of host’s allergies. There are stairs from street to the entrance.

Nestled in a canyon above San Anselmo, we're a twenty minute walk to downtown San Anselmo to the east and downtown Fairfax to the west. Miles of world-class hiking and biking trails right outside the door.
