We have lovingly converted a 200 year old cartshed into 2 cottages. Braeview Cottage at Braeside Farm is a spacious studio space with a king size bed on the mezzanine floor. Downstairs next to a modern kitchen you have an open area with large french doors to a patio with a great view across the brae. On a farm set in 13 acres and 500 m from the nearest road, you will savour the tranquillity yet it's a 10 to 15 min drive to St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh Airport. A car is required.

Holmlea is a cosy, sandstone cottage c. 1840, nestled in a quiet, pretty little road in the friendly village of Freuchie. With light, spacious, high-ceilinged rooms, Holmlea has an arty, vintage style, and is a welcoming, comfortable and relaxing space. There is free parking in the road opposite the cottage, and a large, free car park (25m away). Most of our guests tell us they feel instantly at home on arrival, and many don't want to leave! It is only 40 minutes drive from Edinburgh Airport and its central location in Fife is perfect to use as a base for exploring many Scottish tourist attractions. Or relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside in our beautiful home away from home.

Eastmost Cottage is in a wonderful position on the edge of the historic village of Falkland. It's a short walk from the fine Renaissance Falkland Palace, the heart of the medieval village with its independent shops, cafes restaurants and pub. There is great walking in the Lomond hills, accessible on foot. The wonderful Covenanter has fantastic food all day; the Hayloft and Pillars of Hercules are lovely cafes. Fine dining at the Boar's Head in nearby Auchtermuchty.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

It’s a truly unique, stylish and comfortable place to be. The Wall House is also designed to be accessible to a person with restricted mobility. Set in a Fife seaside conservation village you’ll find yourself in a 'get away from it all' location but just a short drive to Edinburgh, the East Neuk & St Andrews.

Nestled within our grounds in our lovely countryside setting, Beech Lodge provides an ideal self catering escape with private hot tub in a relaxing peaceful setting with plenty to do and see in the surrounding villages. SADLY WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RESERVATIONS THAT MAY RESULT IN A PARTY, NOISE COMPLAINTS, OR DAMAGES. This is sadly due to an unacceptable amount of damages, disrespectful use of the properties and amenities and noise problems.
