Cave Courtyard Guest Studio

The Cave Courtyard Guest Studio. A relaxing getaway located on the ground floor of an 1848 historic building just 1 block from the Mississippi River and unique shops and eateries. Sleeps 4 with a queen bed and daybed with pull out trundle, private entrance, private bath with shower, kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, internet, cable tv and air-conditioning. There is also a private courtyard located below unique cliff side caves. Some food items are also supplied. Adults only-no pets.

Yuba State Bank Apartment

The Yuba State Bank Apartment is the lower front apartment in a 4-unit commercial brick building. The historically renovated space has a mix of old and new, with hardwood floors, large storefront windows, a full kitchen and bathroom, and the bank vault off one of the two bedrooms. The apartment is located in the quaint village of Yuba (pop. 53), which is the smallest incorporated village in Wisconsin, 15 minutes (11 miles) from Hillsboro. You can grab a drink and meal next door at The Still.

In case you'd like to eat out, you're conveniently located within two blocks of several different hot spots in our sweet town. (Our favorites are Driftless Cafe, Maybe Lately’s, Tangled Hickory & Wonder State Coffee Cafe.)

Apartment is an addition off of the back of my house, with views into the backyard, and with a private entrance. The apartment features a full bathroom with a shower, and also a kitchenette. (small frig., toaster oven, french press). Wifi is available, and also internet access with ethernet is. Fragrance free.

The property is family-owned and operated and has been offered for vacation rentals since the 1960s. You will not find a closer view of Lake Onalaska. Second floor apartment remodeled in 2019, wood floors, ceiling fans in every room. Great light with country feel right in Viroqua. Private outdoor entrance with deck. Keyless entry. Fully stocked kitchen. This is a wonderful place to get away and is available for longer stays. Pets are allowed but we do like to know about them. Wood floors do squeak but noise does not transfer downstairs as we have double insulated between apartments.
