This ground level suite is located just a few steps away from a private beach and fire pit area.. Kayak rentals and boat tours on site! 15%off for guests! Cozy and bright with view of the ocean. The pull out sofa in the living area is suitable for an extra guest or two. Laundry on site- extra fee applies. This Suite is in a shared property with two other units all with its own private entrances and parking .

We are asking that guests book a 2 night minimum stay to accommodate our enhanced cleaning protocols. Nan’s and Pop’s oceanfront salt box style home! Newly built in 2019, this house is centrally located in the historic Mockbeggar area of Bonavista. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs, Old Days Pond boardwalk, churches, and the Matthew Legacy building.
