This private home has ample free parking & everything you'll need. It is nestled in a quiet & safe neighborhood only 4.8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, 5.7 miles from the Riverwalk downtown, & centrally located near UNCW & the best shopping, dining, & entertainment Wilmington has to offer.

A little old, a little new, and perfectly quaint!

A home built circa 1920, you will find peace and easy living. Easily accessible to restaurants, the arts scene, wedding venues, and history, this house is perfect place to “home base” while you explore old Wilmington. A single story dwelling, with the kitchen at the heart of it, it boasts heart pine floors in the original part of the house and oak in the addition that was just completed in 2019. With an en suite and a small sitting area in the master bedroom, it is the perfect place to unwind!

Only minutes from one of North Carolina's finest beaches, & Wilmington's famous Riverfront Boardwalk, our home is centrally located, near all a variety of restaurants, and only minutes from Mayfair and its fabulous upscale shopping. This is a wonderful place to unwind.

Cape Fear River View-Parking-Dog Friendly!

Cape Fear River Condo cannot be beaten with its location! It's in the heart of downtown and a short walk to restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. The best feature of the space is the beautiful view from the balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee on the rocking chairs or end the night with a glass of wine while enjoying a fantastic sunset. We are dog friendly, but need to approve your pet ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.

There is a small kitchen,a bedroom with a full bed, an electric fireplace and bathroom with just a portable toilet.Guests will be able to use the full bathroom in the main house which is sectioned off from the rest of the house and a private entrance .This not a shared bathroom, it is dedicated for our guests .The cabin also has a sleeping loft with full /twin bed . Cute, comfortable cottage just 5-minute drive to downtown Wilmington, 20-minute drive to the beach. Guests enjoy two private floors- including two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard. Pets are welcome. PLEASE NOTE the $75 pet fee. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to coffee shop and more. Host occasionally occupies lowest level of the home which has a private entrance and no access to the guests' space.
